*PLEASE DO NOT put anything in the toilet other than the toilet paper we provide. It is a marine toilet.
* No live candels (we provide battery candels) and don't want fire hazards.
* No motorized boats or any watercrafts without permission.
* Life jackets are legally a MUST for children using paddle boards, canoe or kayaks. (Should there be by chance (PRE-APPROVED!) any children visiting under age of 12 , see appropriate age requirement for listing, they must wear life jackets when near or in water and be supervised.)
* Canoe may be provided but must be put back each use or tied to dock in between uses.
* bring your own boat must be pre-approved and at your OWN RISK. YOU agree to release us from liability of any damage to your vehicles, boat, etc
* Please clean out BBQ of ashes.
* No more than two cars, no R.V parking without prior approval.
*Clean refrigerator of food items, rinse dishes, garbage cans are outside the gate. PLEASE put garbage in outdoor cans when checking out.
*Strippig beds of sheets and pillow cases only and put into grey laundry bad supplied would be appreciated especially with COVID -19
* Outdoor shower has warm water but please do not use soap other than lake friendly soap we provide; the out door shower is for rinsing off.
* We provide initial supply but do not replenish unless it is an extended stay.
* fishing poles provided but need own license for adults and own bait. Large Bass is often caught; you can practically fish from bed.
* We may enter property to remedy any reported problem, at reasonable times and with reasonable notice to inspect, or repair the property.
* Do not access stairs to roof. (OFF LIMITS)
* Roof is absolutely OFF LIMITS
* Quiet hours 10:00 pm. - 900 AM city ordinances; though it's quite a private property. No neighbors live on either side, just above on the hill behind the place.
* NO PARTIES!!
* No more than 4 people, visitors must be pre-approved and limited to daytime use not over night.
* if you wish to bring boat prior approval is required. Boat launch is accross the lake. We are able to set up boat whips to protect your boat and our dock extra charges and signing a release. All this must be pre-approved; boat damage liability release required. waves could damage boat and we do not want to be responsible. Additional fee may apply.
* Swim at your own risk, and always supervise pre-approved guest children; especially when in water.
* please put down umbrellas down if your not on property before you leave as wind may pick up and cause damage.

Magda is an incredible host and has great attention to detail. She is incredibly responsive and does anything in her power to make her customers comfortable and happy, even offering foods/spices/extras that she has. The dock two doors down was being replaced the first morning and even though she has zero control over things like this, she drove over and talked to the contractor to find out their timeline and verify they were working on the weekend. She brought chocolates and checked in with me in person to apologize and let me know they would be finishing soon. So sweet and thoughtful!
Location location location! We enjoyed our time very much! The love shack was just as described & has everything you need for a relaxing time, very private ( which we really enjoyed) but also fun to watch all the action on the lake, swim, birdwatching, etc.. my only wish is that we were staying longer!!
Great spot on the lake.
Beautiful location on the water. Enjoyed watching birds fly over the lake and the sunsets were really nice. The location is a short drive from many things to do and see. A unique property, would definitely consider staying there again!
Gorgeous setting! Cute lil cabin, beautiful deck, nobody around you!! If we could afford it we would go here every weekend!! However, we do not recommend Buzz Inn for breakfast, we were highly disappointed. From the service to the food we could not find one positive thing.
It’s a great place
Incredible location!! Being out over the water was an awesome experience! Going to bed at night with views of the lake and the sounds of the water was only surpassed by waking up to that incredible view! It was great to be able to walk right off our private deck and into Lake Stevens!! BBQing and having dinner on the deck, watching people play on the lake was fun and lounging on the deck watching the sunset was a highlight of each day. Magda and Dave were easy to work with, communicated well and definitely catered to our needs when they arose! We will not hesitate to stay at the bungalow again!!

Just book it!! The view (if you can call it that -- you're right on top of it, not just looking at it!) is absolutely breathtaking. Perfect location and very comfortable cabin. Magda is so kind and accommodating as well.
A cute little place with an amazing view of the lake (from bed!)
Beautiful setting that is close to everything but is still very private. It was nice being close to work but able to wake up each morning to a unobstructed view of the lake. Host went above and beyond by allowing us to check in same day and even allowed us to stay late. We highly recommend!
Lovely bungalow on the water, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Magda is a wonderful host - responsive and helpful. Excellent location for close-by hiking and also antique shopping.
