Dream Vacation In Our Pool Home With Lake View in Naples

Welcome to our Paradise in Crown Pointe, Naples! The house has a real heart to it and is ideal for a family get-together or for those looking to entertain during their stay in Naples. The great room opens up to the lanai with sliding doors onto the extended deck/pool area with one of the largest pools in the neighborhood. The Great Room/Kitchen is Open Plan with a breakfast nook, bar and stools, equipped with a TV so you never miss a game. The newly renovated kitchen comes fully stocked with all the appliances that you might need for and instant meal to a family feast. There is also a powder room and a full bathroom with direct access from the pool area.

The master bedroom downstairs is equipped with a very comfortable king size bed and has an en-suite bathroom which was completely renovated less than a year ago. There is also a walk-in closet, ceiling fan and TV. The master has direct access to the lanai through glass sliding doors.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms: one king, one queen and one with two twin beds. All rooms are comfortably equipped and all have ceiling fans and TV’s. You will also find a full bathroom upstairs.

The lanai has a ”cage” to keep insects away from the pool area so you can enjoy the outdoor lifestyle with minimal pests! It also helps to keep the pool crystal clear - no leaves or branches! You will enjoy dining and relaxing outdoors . A gas BBQ, two fans, deck chairs, outdoor dining table and umbrellas are there for your convenience. We also have a two-car garage with 5 bikes, his and her golf clubs, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys.
