There are five bedrooms with four baths on one level, a bedroom size loft and a separate studio apartment downstairs with 1 bedroom with vanity and sink, separate kitchen and 1 bath with separate entry to downstairs patio. Ocean sights from the living room - kitchen area and rear patio.

You can take a stroll out to the Macerata, go bowling, play tennis, shop at the outlets, hike at several of the areas state parks, water-ski at Lake Lopez, tour the majestic Hearst Castle, go wine tasting at several of the award winning local wineries, fish, or just plan relax at the Surf.
