All of our Guesthouses are completely furnished with a fully loaded central air-cooling system, cable television, DVD player and all the other relevant necessities just like your very own home. Guests of Brownstone have the luxury of taking advantage of our beautiful swimming pool, which is literally at your doorstep. We provide free wireless internet with access to a printer and a local mobile phone with a sim card ready for use. Shopping and entertainment are just moments away. You always have the option of sun bathing on the pool deck or rocking away in the hammock while reading a book to give you that worry free island feeling. For further convenience and pleasure, we are happy to purchase special grocery items prior to your arrival. Please feel free to send your list to us and your groceries will be neatly packed away in your home away from home awaiting your arrival.
Giving back to the community is a mindset the Brown family firmly practices. In honor of the late architect/owner, husband and father Gerard. P.A. Brown who lost his battle to cancer, a foundation was established in his name to assist persons with cancer and their families. The Brown’s having gone through tough times both financially and emotionally, will assist other families who find themselves in the same predicaments. In aid of the foundation, every night that one of Brownstones Guesthouses is occupied, $3.00 will be donated to the foundation. Also at the end of the year the excess funds out of our projected amount to be earned by Brownstone Guesthouses will be donated to the foundation as well. Other donations are welcomed to assist in fulfilling the foundations motto, which is “Giving Other Families their Stone.”
