100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Cleaning service provided… Rental clients are still responsible for leaving the cottage clean, organized, neat and tidy ready for the cleaning staff.
Water/Plumbing/Septic Only bodily waste materials and toilet paper to be flushed down the toilet. Do not put any solid waste or grease down the sink.

We require a $500.00 credit card deposit to reserve the dates requested...There is a $100.00 cleaning fee for groups of 12 or more and $50.00 cleaning fee for groups less than 12....When you arrive we collect the total amount due for your group...and refund the $500.00 deposit to your group leader......We require an open credit card damage deposit and it will only be processed if damage occurs. We extend discounts for stays of 5 days or more (please call for details) ...In golf season we offer one night accommodation in our Cottage Lodge and 18 holes of golf with power cart and lite lunch and beverage on the turn...for $175.00 and a second nite for $62.00 ...plus tax....per person...We offer special arrangements for our emergency services and their families and with I.D. we give preferred rates for Fire, Police, EMS, and Military for keeping everyone safe....Thank you for supporting our emergency services...We also support fundraiser groups and can assist with fundraiser packages...Let us know if we can assist your group....

What a phenomenal time! The house was charming and clean. Ken, Adam and Vince went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. There were over 20 people in our group, kids and adults. Plenty of room to all hang and lots of things to do. Great ideas shared by Ken and gang which only made our stay that much better. We took a fantastic bike trip to Niagara on the Lake which Ken helped us with as well as a fabulous dinner at Strada West. Thank you Ken! What a treat. Would totally recommend to anyone. My family is already planning their next trip!
Ken couldn't have done more to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Checked on us each day and went the extra mile when needed. Lots of us in our family group, and many activities available to keep old and young and in-betweens busy and comfortable. Only 15 minutes or so to the Falls. Thank you, Ken, we would do this again in a heartbeat! Loved it!
We had a perfect stay. We were a group of forty athlètes for the canadian championships. Ken and Vince were great hosts. There was space for everyone. Enough bathrooms and kitchens. I recommend this place for all types of groups.
