This unit is located on the fourth floor overlooking both pools. Make sure you look at the pictures. This unit has a King size bed in the master suite and a walk-in shower in master bath, a Queen size bed in the additional bedroom, two bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. Granite in the kitchen and changed the bar area. No carpet in this unit, tile in living area and Laminate floors in bedrooms.

After your booking has been confirmed, I will send you a Reservation Agreement for you to sign and send back to me. I will need at least $300 up front to be applied towards your balance. Your balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. I will email you the door code and internet access information as well as instructions for your beach chairs on Wednesday prior to your arrival.
**Each complex charges a fee to everyone who stays. It is $20 for your pool bands and car passes.
