The living room opens up onto a patio where you can rest and enjoy the wonders of the Florida before you just beyond the patio you can walk into a beautiful pool area that offers a view of the harbor and the Bay.
This house offers all the comforts and fully equipped kitchen, A/C and ceiling fan, cable TV, WIFI connection to make this best vacation rental place.
West Florida House is just steps away from hiking, fishing, nightlife, movie theatre, shopping and restaurants.
Rates of this vacation rental are $200 per night. Rates vary on length of time, amount of guests, and time of year.

The West Florida House is in a gated community, once you have completed payment we will send you a copy of the gated community rules and regulations that all renters must abide by. Primary rental age is 25 years of age, this is not meant for a spring break rental but geared towards luxery family vacation. We do not allow smoking or pets in our home. This is our vacation home so we keep it to the standard we want to travel in. |

This is our family vacation home. It is always better to rent from the actual owners than through an agency as we know our home. We vacation here so the standard is kept to our travel standards. He is a history buff and she is a culinary buff and we both appreciate great hospitality. Maybe some day our guests could sample our meals!
