Two separate units under one roof. Each unit has a full kitchen. Each unit has a washer and Dryer.4 TVs in the upper unit with the built in DVd player. Two TVs in lower unit.
The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. The upper is a split bedroom plan with its own bathroom. The other two bedroom are on the other side of the house with the bath in the center.Fully equipped Kitchen, breakfast bar , dining room and living room.Step right out on the sun deck from the living room or from two bedrooms. The sun deck has ample seating to enjoy the view of the beach.
The swimming pool deck is very spacious with a large charcoal Grill. It has a patio table with lots of chairs. OUTDOOR SHOWER WITH HOT WATER...NO PETS MAY 27TH THROUGH AUG AUG 12TH...WE ARE PET FRIENDLY ALL THE OTHER MONTHS. ONLY SMALL DOG ALLOWED.. JULY 4TH WEEK $3600.00 JULY 1ST THRU THE 8TH. We have stayed here MANY times and Judy just makes it so convenient. She communicates well with her guest, the house has everything you need for a weeks stay, and the list could go on and on.... Thanks again!
We just left from a weeks stay and had a great experience. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and great to work with. The house is in a perfect location at the end of a dead end street, so no traffic to worry about and several beach access points right across the street. It's located in a residential section, so the beach in front of the house was never over crowded.The house was well maintained and stocked with all the essentials. We loved having a private pool and enjoyed relaxing on the front porch, enjoying the beach view right in front of the house. This place is perfect for multiple families traveling together as the upper and lower units are separate. We would highly recommend this rental and hope to coordinate another stay in the future!
My family of 11 rented this beach house for the 4th of July and we had an awesome time. Well-stocked, clean, AMAZING views of the gulf and just an overall wonderful place to "live" for the week! The private pool is a wonderful addition, outside shower made it easy to clean up when returning from the beach...which is a very short walk from the home. Big front porch made for a great place to have our morning coffee. Plenty of space to spread out. It's conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, but not in the crazy traffic area! We've already rented it again for our 2016 vacation and can't wait to get back there. Thanks Judy for everything. Your home is lovely and working with you during the rental process was so easy. We LOVED IT!
My family of 12 rented this house for our yearly family beach trip. We loved the closeness to the ocean, the private pool & grill area, the dead-end street, amazing views and the spacious home! It was very well stocked and Judy was so easy and accommodating. Everything is perfectly labeled making for an easy clear-out for a sad end of vacation day. Our plans will definitely include renting this home again. Thank you for everything Judy! We loved staying at your wonderful beach home!!!

My family and a group of our friends rented this during Labor Day week. The home was very clean and filled with more than enough supplies for all 13 of us. There was plenty of room without feeling crowded. It's located on the perfect dead end street with the walkover leading right to the beach. The private pool was awesome. Owners are quick to respond with any questions you may have. Already saving to come back .... will be contacting you soon after Christmas for our next stay! Thanks for everything Judy!!!
