For the check in we will be waiting for you in the complex to receive you, show the common areas and the apartment, provide 2 sets of keys. We will also offer you concierge service 24/7 for tours, activities, private cheff, shuttle service from / to the airport as well as taxis on Playa del Carmen.
We also offer concierge service for any tour or extra activity they need. We service private chef and private transport from the airport or transported in Playa del Carmen.
All our guests have the option to get the taxi service anytime with an extra charge but since you will be very well located all your activities can be done walking.
