You are truly looking for paradise in the Poconos you have found your next vacation destination!   The open area floor plan makes this a perfect location for family & friends gatherings, ski trips , or retreats, this home has everything for just about everyone!   The first floor is wheel chair accessible, with a wheel chair friendly bedroom and bathroom. The first floor has total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, living room, dining room, wet bar and kitchen. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked, including kitchen table and chairs, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, double ovens, stove top, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers (Keurig and drip), tea kettle, rice cooker, and four-slice toaster. All dishware, cookware and utensils are provided as well. The focal point of the great room/dining room area is a 26-foot double-sided stone fireplace. The dining room is able to seat 20 people comfortably. The deck with a large propane grill also has plenty of seating for barbecues, or just kick back and take in the fresh air while drinking your favorite glass of wine or an ice cold beer! The 2nd floor is comprised of 4 master bedrooms, each with private bathroom, fireplace and a balcony. The common area has a Foosball table and a small library.   Guest access Self check-in. First and Second floors are fully accessible.   Other things to note Serene setting. Feels like a waterfront and yet far enough from the lake that the motor boating noise does not bother you. The house is ideal for spending a lot of quality time together with family and friends, and yet allows for alone-time if that is what you are looking for. The dining room opens to the back deck, which overlooks the 8-mile long Beltzville Lake. There are hiking trails all around the lake, and you can walk to the lake right from the house. The State Park and swimming area are just two miles from the house, and there are picnic areas, swimming areas, and boat rentals available during the summer months. In the winter, Blue Mountain Ski Area is just 8 miles from the house, and Big Boulder and Camelback are just a bit further. The scenic, historic town of Jim Thorpe is just 11 miles from the house, with an abundance of restaurants, art galleries, and museums. For the nature enthusiast, there are biking trails, white water rafting, kayaking, and paint ball all within 15 minutes from the house.
