    Regal Palms home with NEW AC unit & NEW wood look flooring June 2022! This 1896 square foot home is a 15 minute walk to the POOLS AND ALL RESORT FACILITIES, (or a 1 minute drive to the parking lot to park by the pool.)

    The Resort is stunning!! Its a great value for your vacation stay to have an entire home with a full kitchen for less than a room in a hotel! This vacation rental is perfect to come back to after you visit theme parks, the beach, or the Resort Facilities.

    Home does not have mini-refrigerators, it has a full size stainless refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen.
     
    This vacation rental is a self-catered unit. No daily maid service is provided, unless you wish to have a cleaning done during your stay, at a cost of $130. You will need to bring your own food, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, extra trash bags, paper, toiletries, etc. A starter packet of essentials can be purchased ahead of time from the property management upon request. Wal-mart, Target, Publix and Costco are favorite early stops nearby for all your food and household necessities.
     
    Mandatory Resort fees $20.00/night plus 12% tax are paid to resort at check in. There is a limit of 10 pool/amenity wrist bands per home, as per check-in at the resort.

    Denise is an exceptionally accommodating host. We had a few little issues and she prioritized addressing these right away even making sure we had a garlic press we needed and helping us in our transition to a new place at the start of the quarantining of 2020. She made sure we had the things we asked for help with right away. There are a few things that need updating but I trust by the time you are ready to book her place, those things will be all set because she is very hospitable!
