At one end of Linear Park, you will find the Seven Eagles Pool Pavilion with a magnificent 75 ft. by 45 ft. heated infinity pool, two Jacuzzis, cardio-fitness center, outdoor billiards, game rooms and "The Cove" bar and grille for poolside dining.
     
    At the opposite end of Linear Park, you will find the Grande and the golf clubhouse with full-service restaurants and bar. This location is unbeatable!
     
    This one-bedroom condo has one King en-suite bedroom with 40" LED TV with Blu-Ray player and a combined lounge/dining area complete with a Pull-out Queen Sofa Bed, 55" Flat-Screen LED TV, Blu-Ray player plus a Sony PlayStation 3 games console. The TV Service has been upgraded to HD Prism TV. There is also a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 4. Both the lounge and bedroom have large sliding patio doors that lead out to the balcony which has patio table and 4 chairs.
