Minimum stay requirements are necessary for: Memorial Day and Labor Day- 3 day minimum. June 1-15 - 2 day minimum. June 16-30 - 3 day minimum. July 1-5 - 5 day minimum. July 6- August 15 - 4 day minimum. August 16 to Labor Day weekend- 2 day minimum. Covered Bridge Festival (second week of October) - 4 day minimum. A deposit of $100/1 bdrm - $200/2bdrm or $300/3bdrm, is required for each unit reserved, to confirm your reservation. No units will be held more than 2 days without deposit. Deposits go toward the overall cost of your stay. Cancellations are subject to a $50 service charge, unless you plan to reschedule your stay, and wish to leave you deposit active. You may leave your deposit active for up to 1 year with out penalty. Cancellations for reservations made from Aril 1st to Oct 31st are subject to a penalty equal to one nights stay plus a $50 service charge, if canceled less than 30 days from arrival date. |
