The second floor is fronted with a wide balcony with a great view of the ocean - the perfect place to start your day with breakfast. Pelican Hill is just off Matanzas Avenue - a public access ramp - which provides driving, bike riding, or walking access to beautiful St Augustine Beach. The beach is a 2 minute stroll away.
To watch the sunsets, the house has a two-story deck on the back accessed from the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. The 2nd level of the deck is at the roof-line which is actually higher than the treeline so you can see forever.
