100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.

I am available to my guests at all times on any need or help I can provide, either by mail or mobile Whatsup. I do not live in the country but will always be in communication to do my best for help you to have a wonderful time in my place and our country.

Apartment is located in a quiet, secure and accessible new building. All amenities were as described and the place was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again!
This is my go to when ever I am in Santo Domingo from now on. Owner is great and very helpful. Nice experience.
What can say, it's a rare place where everything just works. The A/C units were very fast to cool the apartment. The parking garage was spacius for our car. And eating went from McDonald"s to fine restauants. There are multiple banks to convert currency. And a big supermarket for anything you may want. I am a regular to Santo Domingo (my wife's family is there) and this rental was special.
The apartment was small but cozy enough for two. The staff on the apartment grounds were very nice and helpful. Location is great. It is close enough to shopping and the malls yet quite and relaxing in the evenings. The owner Ana was amazing and was very helpful and if needed was there. The apartment was up to date and clean. All together I give the place a 5 star rating.
