This spacious newly furnished and nicely decorated home sits on a huge private lot in a quiet residential area of Sauble Beach. A short 3 minute walk to the beach! 710 Oxford Crescent has a large yard and surrounded by trees, offering privacy and a safe area for children to play.
There are 3 bedrooms and den with a sofa bed that could be used as a fourth bedroom.
The large master bedroom has a queen size bed and patio doors leading to the rear deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a single on the top.
The teenagers may enjoy their own space in the basement which has a double bed, futon and table and chairs for playing games. (the ceiling is 6′ high).
The living room is cozy with a fireplace, flat screen tv and opens up to a bright spacious dining room.
The home has central air, laundry facilities, wifi, a basketball hoop and badminton net for the kids.
We rent to families only from Sunday to Sunday.
Small non shedding dogs are allowed for an additional fee of $75.
