This is a quite adult communty, at least one person must be 55 years or older. Due to HOA rules children under 18 not allowed for more than a two week stay.

Ten minute drive to shopping area, restaurants, AJ's and Fry's grocery stores, book Store, Home Depot hardware, major hospital, Senior center, golf course, library, beautiful bike riding paths and many other amenities.
