Reservation: Two night minimum
Confirmation: Reservation confirmed with full payment upfront
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the reservation for a refund less the $40 processing fee. Reservations made through AirBnB must adhere to their policies and must cancel through AirBnB.
Occupancy: The Lovely Loft is ideal for two guests and can accommodate up to four guests.
Accessibility: We are not handicapped accessible. There is a small set of stairs at the property entry and another to the front door. The loft area is accessed only by use of a ladder.
Checking in and out
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM; If you are unable to arrive between these times, please notify us ahead of time.
Checkout: before 11:00 AM
Entry: Self check-in with keypad. A unique entry code is provided upon arrival, and can be used throughout your stay.
Before you leave: Turn off all lights and appliances. Lock the front door at departure and any time you leave the residence.
During your stay
Smoking: We adhere strictly to this policy. No smoking includes and is not limited to: no vaping, cigars, marijuana, pipes, or cigarettes inside the property. Smoking permitted outdoor ONLY.
We reserve the right to charge the credit card of the registered guest a minimum of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and/or replacing furniture, window treatments, rugs, bedding, etc. if it is determined that a guest has violated the no smoking policy in any location inside or outside on the property.
Parking: We do not have designated parking, however, street parking is free and generally very available.
Pets: Pets allowed for a pet fee. Support animals will not be charged a pet fee.
Room damage: Damage to the rooms, fixtures, linens, electronics, furniture, etc. will be charged 120% of full replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to the property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for the particular incident. Any cost associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Lodging tax: All reservations and add-ons are subject to Washington State and Seattle taxes.
Legal notice: This is a private property. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries, damage to personal property or vehicles or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.
Parties and events: Parties and events are NOT permitted on our property.

Commercial Photography: Commercial photography allowed upon prior approval. Please contact us directly if you plan to use the space for commercial photography.
Loft use: Children under 18 years of age are not allowed on the ladder or in the loft area. Alcohol use is prohibited in the loft area. Please use extreme caution when using the ladder to access the loft area. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Guest access: In this private space, you’ll have access to the entire home, including the fenced-in yard and front deck.
