Shoreham Beach House is a spacious four bedroom, three bathroom chalet house located on Shoreham Beach foreshore with its own private beach access. The unique position offers uninterrupted sea views from Brighton to Worthing.
The vacation rental house is located in a private and quiet residential area of Shoreham by Sea with a large driveway with parking for several cars. It sleeps eight people comfortably although an extra three people can be accommodated on occasional beds. The furnishing and decorations are to a very high standard.
A large open plan kitchen diner is fully equipped with halogen hob, double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer to cater for large groups or families.
Guests can relax in the spacious living room on comfortable sofas whilst enjoying the entertainment system or simply soak up the sun and sea views in the adjoining sun lounge. For those winter bookings there is a large wood burning stove with a plentiful supply of logs.
Outside there is a large south facing garden and patio area with chairs, table and barbeque. A gate from this area leads straight on to the beach. A perfect location for watersports enthusiasts, especially windsurfing and kitesurfing or there is great fishing from the beach or the harbour wall. Should you wish to work, there is a home office with large desk, computer monitor, telephone and wireless internet access.
