This newly renovated property is in The Baytree Club. The Baytree Club is the only property on Siesta Key that is located on both the Ocean/Gulf and the Intercoastal Waterway.  Baytree is located on the southern portion of Siesta Key just north of Turtle Beach. We made it a permanent part of our family when we purchased this property and put our signature on it.  It is centrally located in the main building of Baytee Club on the 2nd floor. It is a stroll across the street to the Gulf of Mexico and the Gulfside pool. While it is 100 yds to the intercoastal waterway and the 120 owner/renter access docks/sloops, you can view the Intercoastal side pool from the back veranda of this beautiful property.  We completed our full renovation in early 2023.  It features beautiful new floooring throughout, new appliances, new large bathrooms & large showers, cool central air and ceiling fans are sure to make everyone comfortable.  It has Primary and Guest suites, each sleeps 2 comfortably.   There is a coin operated laundry available conveniently down the hall. Siesta Key Village's shops and restaurants are easily accessible by car, trolley, (3 minutes) or by bike and walking via our safe, well-maintained and marked paths.   Delicious offerings from our island restaurants are just a short walk or drive any time of day for breakfast, brunch or dinner.      About Siesta Key:   Sunny beaches with crystal-white, powdery sand stretch for miles. Shops from the chic and elegant to the hip and funky, with all sorts of fashion, beach accessories and souvenirs are yours to spend curious, lazy afternoons in. Restaurants where you can go to grab a quick breakfast or lunch in your flip-flops and sandy toes or to relax in style over an extraordinary dinner. Balmy breezes are the norm. It is very common to enjoy the island and gulf's wildlife as you sun, swim, walk, run or bike on the island.
