Must be 25 years of age to rent this home. It is not a home for spring break students. We prefer families or adults over 25 yrs. of age renters. Discuss with me and I might make an exception. Rate could be higher or lower depending on the demand for that particular week, so look at rate chart or request a quote based on the size of the group, pets or not, dates searching for and if you are open to optional dates or homes.
I have a few other homes, listed on this site, if this is two small for your group, with four and five bedrooms, that are super close to the beach but not right on it.
Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays are considered a weekend night for rating purposes. Less then a week the rates are based on weekend nightly rates. Holiday weekends are based on weekend daily rates too.
Monthly rate is based on a four week month, additional days would be charged at the daily rate or weekly rate if that applies.
Over 7 persons, the rate per person/per night is $30 or $210/week.
You should always call to verify you are talking and communicating with David Butler before writing a check. I do not request wires. I do not offer discounts for early booking or other discounts. Rates are adjusted for the demand for that particular week. If you are getting this type email requesting wires or discounts then someone is scamming you and copied my site. Be cautious and always verify or you might arrive without a rental to stay in

I am a Realtor on Siesta Key and have lived here for 34 years. I have remodeled and built many homes on Siesta Key and Sarasota Waterfront areas so I know the market for both Real Estate and rental properties. I can give you the pluses and the minuses of my rentals and others you are considering in comparison and will be truthful as to their location for your families convenience and needs. All you have to do is ask me. If you are considering buying a home or condominium here then I can help you
We had a great week despite the heat of summer. This house although dated was clean, cool and comfortable. It was a two minute walk through the back yard to the sand. We had a few minor house keeping issues that David the property manager immediately resolved. He went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. He was so quick to respond and help out where he could. Any problems that arose were immediately taken care of swiftly and promptly. It could have used a couple little things like dish towels, soap for the shower, a few throw blankets for the couch, a few trash bags to get us through the week and a few more hangers. Overall, it was conveniently located and pretty quiet considering it's located on the main beach road. The windows in the front of the house are old and could use some updating which would help with any street noises. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced. The beach umbrellas weren't great quality and could be upgraded to something with SPF to protect from the intense sun. There were plenty of new beach chairs, tons of floats and noodles and beach toys. It was great to have the screened in porches with comfortable outdoor furniture. The kitchen and breakfast nook are beautiful and newly renovated with high end Kitchen Aid appliances. It's a very pretty space. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms had nice ceiling fans to add to the AC.
Just as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Nice patio and easy access to beach.owner easy to work with.
Perfect place to watch the sunset and walk the beach. Owner very help. Very well equipped house. Large balcony’s off kitchen, living room and 2 of the bedrooms.
Great beachfront home! David was a wonderful host! The beach is BEAUTIFUL!! Fluffy white sand and clear blue water! Such a relaxing vacation. The house is very close to the Siesta Key Village full of restaurants and shops, and also very close to amenities in Sarasota. David keeps this house fully stocked with everything you need at the beach and in the home. The beach is a short walk away, with views from the 2 larger bedrooms. We had a wonderful time!
We had a great stay! We visited for spring break with our two school-age kids and their grandparents. The location was fantastic - right on the beach with your own private path to the beach, and near the Village. There was room for everyone. The kitchen was large and beautiful with plenty of refrigerators (one big one and two beverage fridges), and was well-stocked. The entire back of the house is screened-in porch - you can see the ocean from all rooms except one of the bedrooms. The bathrooms were newly redone and large. The decor was nothing special, but who cares when you're at the beach. The backyard was large and fenced in and had lounge chairs and umbrellas. We were able to bring our dog, who loved all the porches. (No dogs allowed on the beach, however.) The two garages had lots of beach chairs and toys, etc. and our kids loved the beach wagon. We had an issue with our shower not draining, but David (the owner) was very responsive and got it taken care of. We also had trouble getting the dryer to start but he also helped with that. A welcome sheet with information like the wifi password, trash day, recommended restaurants, etc. would be helpful, but all in all we had a wonderful stay and would love to return!
This house is absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed everything about it- The house itself including the inside amenities as well as the spectacular views from every room, the location right on the beach, & the closeness to the village with all of the restaurants and shops was perfect.
We took our family here for vacation! We had a 1 year old granddaughter also. The house was meticulous and the most modern upscale appliances and amenities! The porches with views of beach-Beach supplies! Close to the Siesta Key Village! Would definitely stay here again!
