This home has private Siesta Key beach frontage on the prime section of the beach where the private homes are. ?There are no homes between you and the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beach. Nearly every room has a full view of the beach. The entire back of this house opens with stacking glass sliding doors to catch the Gulf breezes and views. There are two forty foot long covered and screened lanais across each level facing the beach plus a large sunning patio with lounge chairs and big umbrellas. You will find quality furnishings, 5 large screen TV's, beach towels, chairs, sand toys, cooler and a ?beach wagon to get it all to the sand. A ?high quality & well equipped kitchen, breakfast island, large eating area, great room/ dinning room combination, laundry room with large capacity machines, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a powder room on the main living level. There is a garage and parking for five cars. Relax and enjoy breath taking sunsets, beautiful beach scenes or stroll a few blocks down the beach to the shopping, dinning and night life at nearby Siesta Key Village. Sarasota is cultural mecca. Enjoy the Ringling Art museum and mansion, multiple theaters, a beautiful downtown, and the upscale shopping of St Armand's Circle. There is something for every age group. The many activities such as golf courses, tennis, Mini-put, charter fishing, watercraft rentals, etc...are nearby. Siesta Key is a short distance to most everything Sarasota has to offer, you just select your activity for the day and go enjoy. Tampa and Busch gardens is an hour and 10 min. away, Orlando and it's amusement parks are an hour and 40 min. away, and Sarasota airport is twenty minutes at tops. Feel confident that when you arrive, you will stay in a clean and well cared for home that has been own by the same person for 20 yrs. The pictures give you a idea but they do not give the view and feel justice. This is a really a great place!? Cancellation- If you have to cancel there will be a 20% re-booking charge if I can find someone to fill you spot, if not you will lose the money you have on deposit. You will be refunded your damage deposit if there is not any damage caused during your stay and the cleaning crew can clean in the standard time but if it takes them longer you will be charged for the extra time that I get charged at $25 per hour. The difference will be returned. Pet fee is $175 per pet and an additional $200 damage deposit. Any damage or extra cleaning is your responsibility. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. If your pet is not potty trained then I do not want them to stay in my home and if it has claws and scratches please make other arrangements. There are beds for seven people, if you have more then 7 people you will be charged $210 per person/per week. No additional guests from other near by rentals visiting as this cannot be the party beach house for those that did not rent on the beach. Local families visitation for a afternoon or a dinner okay but not daily. Please respect these rules so that you receive your full damage deposit back. |

Monthly rates are based on four weeks. $210 extra per person over 11 if accepted by owner. Pet fee, per pet, is $175 and there is an additional $200 damage deposit over and above the $500 standard damage deposit. Extra cleaning over standard charged for standard cleaning is $30 per hour and charged against damage deposit before refund. Saturday to Saturday bookings only unless owner agrees to a different schedule in the off season of May, September and early October.
