ouse was newly renovated, nicely funnies and clean. Short walk to Siesta Key Beach and 1 mile to town. Very sweet neighborhood.
Stayed at this house for two weeks in July. Pictures do not do this house justice. House was much more beautiful. Views of the canal, that can be seen from all along back of home, are beatutiful. House had three beautiful bedrooms: one master King suite, two queen bedrooms and a fourth bedroom/office with a pullout couch. Large flat screens throughout house, all bedrooms, dining room and living room had TVs. Pool area was beautiful, esp at night when it was lit up. House was fully equipped and stocked with everything you would need. David, the broker for this house was excellent, answered all questions, and was always reachable. (sorry for any inconvenience I caused). The only two negative things I can say is that I was told beach was within 3.5 blocks of home and walkable. That is true but we tried one day and it was just impossible with the heat and all our beach gear. We had really wanted a house within walking distance as we have had in the past. It wasn\'t walking distance to village either where parking is very limited. The main beach parking lot is being expanded, so there\'s some construction and on the weekend we could not get a parking place. We could not go to the beach those days so we stayed at pool. Definitely disappointing after you pack cooler and then have to come home! That should change hopefully when that new parking lot is completed. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Only other complaint was that my sister came to visit for a few days and had to sleep on the fold out couch. Her and her husband had to rent a small condo as quick as they could because the mattress on the fold out was so terrible. Definitely needs a new fold out. They were sore for days. I loved this house, enough to put up driving to the beach, which isn\'t my preference. Would love to stay for 3 weeks next year! It was by far the most beautiful, immaculate house, in a great neighborhood, that I\'ve stayed in when in Siesta Key. Thanks to the owners for making their house available to us.
We stayed at this beautiful home for two weeks in July. Home was more beautiful than pictures portrayed. I\'ve never stayed in a house that was as immaculate and well stocked as this one. We rent all over the country and this was one of our most favorite homes. House had 3 bedrooms and a fourth office/bedroom with fold out couch and desk. Bedrooms were lovely, each with a TV. King suite was lovely. the views of the canal were just gorgeous as you can enjoy the view from just about every room that faces back of house. Pool area was immaculate, beautifully lit at night, and serviced weekly. Broker for this house David Butler, was very helpful and answered all questions, very reachable in case I had questions (sorry David for any inconveniences I caused). House was pet friendly which was an added plus. Only drawbacks were these. I wanted a home where we could walk to beach and this I was told was just 3.5 blocks from beach. I\'m sure that was correct, however, with the heat, and your gear, it was not walkable. Parking was limited at public beach as they are expanding parking lot so unfortunately we couldn\'t get a spot on the weekend. that was disappointing because Siesta Key Beach is lovely. The other issue was the mattress on the fold out couch. My sister came to visit for 3 days and left hunched over and in pain, terrible mattress. Despite those issues I still would love to come back next year, if available. maybe for 3 weeks. Very happy with my choice, the house and with the broker. Thank you David.
This is a fantastic property very close to Siesta Village with every amenity you could wish for. The beds are comfortable, the pool and canal beautiful.
10 adults stayed at this property for a week and could not fault it. The Villa and pool area are fantastic. Walking distance to the bars.
