Our villa is located in Siesta Key, FL on Crescent (Siesta Key) Beach, FAMOUS for its powdery, sugar white sand and being VOTED #1 beach in the USA. It is completely renovated and professionally decorated.

Cancellation Policy:
A $300.00 deposit is due at time of reservation. In the event a reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit, less a $50.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded upon written confirmation. If a reservation is cancelled within 31-60 days prior to arrival the $300.00 security deposit will be forfeited . If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, 50% of the rent will be refunded upon written confirmation. If a guest requests a change of dates or to change units within 30 days of arrival the same policy applies. The processing fee is not refundable.

Security Deposit:
In lieu of a security deposit, the guest authorizes their credit card to be used for the exact amount of a repair or replacement for excessive damage, above and beyond normal wear and tear, and any extra cleaning required that might occur due to documented negligence on the part of the guest.
Pet Policy:
Sorry, we do not accept pets.
Age Restriction:
Occupants under 25 years of age shall not rent any unit. An adult over age 25 must register and occupy the unit. If this policy is violated, all monies will be forfeited and RENTERS will be evicted. Management reserves the right to request identification upon registration.
Maid Service:
Maid service, beyond arrival & departure, is available for a charge. Please contact the office for information.
The Resort Provides:
Kitchen linens, bed linens, bath towels, trash liners, hairdryers, soap, toilet paper and setup supplies.
We also provide complimentary bath soap & and toilet paper.

We just completed a total renovation and redecorating of the villa. It has all the latest and greatest features. Siesta Key is a very special place ! We love it and want to share it with all of our guests. We have furnished it with love and equipped it like a home. The kitchen has everything you need for gourmet cooking. Barbara's unit is so close to the beautiful Siesta Key beach....only steps away. Unit is outfitted with everything you can think of and then some !! Love the convenience of being able to park right beside unit i.e. unloading groceries etc...no stairs !! Will be looking forward to going back again for annual visit next year.
Our villa was just steps from the beautiful, private beach. The owners of C-16 thought of everything when stocking their villa. The kitchen has so many great items needed for preparing food and many of the little utensils you might need. We enjoyed the lanai on days that were too cool to go to the beach. There was even a little step stool in the bathroom to help children reach the sink. The decorating was lovely and beachy, and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated being able to use the Casa Blanca laundromat. All in all, I just would highly recommend Casa Blanca C16 for other vacationers.
Great vacation in Casa Blanca Villa C-16 on Siesta Key. The unit was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, the kitchen allowed us to prepare all our meals, and the staff were friendly and ready to accommodate our needs. The unit itself has free wireless internet connection, which allowed me to finish a work related project very fast. The pool is amazing, very clean and never crowded. The ocean is only steps away from the villa, we watched the pelicans and the sunsets, and we walked on the white sand beach and dreamed that we didn’t have to go back to work. I would definitely return to this place.

Crescent Beach is the most perfect place to vacation, but, the villa, C16 is even more perfect. I have been staying in it for about 6 years, sometimes 2x a year and could not be happier. It is newly remodeled with the most beautiful décor, there is nothing forgotten in the kitchen for anything you need. It is comfortable, down to the beds, furniture, safety and I don’t think there is anything NOT the way I would like a place to stay in. The owners are very caring about their guests, the management is new and could not give more attention to whoever stays at Casa Blanca. I absolutely love this villa and have gone on many vacations thru the years and have never been happier. I can guarantee that anyone that would stay in C16 would be glad they did for their entire time. Every room is redecorated to the max to make your stay just perfect!!!!! Clean, clean, clean! Any questions have been promptly answered by the owners, staff this time is remarkable. I can’t wait to come back in the fall for a piece of the perfect world!
My family had a memorable week exploring all that Siesta Keys has to offer. Crescent Beach has beautiful white sand, clear blue waters, stunning sunsets, and is in close proximity to the villa, making it enjoyable and manageable for families with children and teens. It was great coming “home” to a clean and beautifully decorated villa at the end of our day. The owners are very responsive to questions and easy to contact.
I have stayed at Villa C-16 many times over the last several years. I go to Siesta Key twice a year and always stay in this villa at Casa Blanca. C-16 is just a very short walk to the gorgeous white sand of Siesta Key Beach. This sand NEVER gets hot, and this private beach is never crowded. If you don’t have your own loungers or chairs, Casa Blanca has plenty for you to use at no charge. I love to walk the beach and this is the best beach for walking. Last spring I walked to the Public Beach from Casa Blanca and enjoyed an amateur sand sculpture show. The entire complex is well maintained and always clean. The people in the office are very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the dead bolt on this last trip, reported it, and within 20 minutes a worker was there and it was good to go. Casa Blanca is just a short drive to Siesta Key Village. I’ve heard there is a free transport to the village, but I’ve never investigated that. It’s very close to Stickney Point Bridge which takes you to many restaurants on 41 (Tamiami Dr.). I would highly recommend C-16 at Casa Blanca.
The unit looked EXACTLY like the pictures, it even exceeded our expectations. The villa was very clean and welcoming. The owners stocked the villa with everything we could’ve asked for from sandcastle shape buckets (which our daughter used faithfully every day!) to a shoulder strap laundry carrier! Having the grill to cook out most of our meals was great too (although I think it made some of the other people in the villas a little upset when their children would come running from the beach smelling it thinking it was time to eat! haha) The swimming pool was very nice and clean as well. Unit C-16 comfortably fit our family of 5 and I would highly recommend staying here. Siesta Key Beach, it is no wonder that it has been voted the #1 beach in the USA, it is breathtaking.
