This resort style community is only 15 minutes from Disney World. The Solterra Resort has a communal clubhouse open to all guests. It features a large pool area with water slide, lazy river, hot tub and plenty of sun loungers for all. There is also a large covered lounge area with outdoor TV’s and tables so you can get a break from the hot Florida sun, whilst enjoying a snack from the onsite cafe. SOLTERRA RESORT RENTALS MINUTES FROM DISNEY Inside the Solterra Resort air conditioned clubhouse there is a gym with state of the art workout equipment which is free to use. There is also a lounge with comfy sofas, dining tables, HDTV, breakfast bar and small kitchen area. An ideal area to sit, read a book and relax while the kids play in the pool. For kids there is a play area which has slides, climbing frames and is sand based so easy on the feet. Fabulous 16 night stay at this villa at beginning of July. It was very comfortable with everything you would need. It has a great pool area, very spacious, and gets the sun from morning til night. It has the added advantage that there is no other house to the back of this one making it more private and quieter. The club house was a bonus for children with a large pool area, slide, play area and the lazy river and is an easy 5 minute walk from the villa. There are plenty of eating places and supermarket within a 10 minute drive and easy access to the I4 . We mainly visited the Universal parks in the evening when parking was free, it was quiter and not as hot which was about a 1/2 hour drive on the I4 from the villa. Disney parks were closer. Overall we loved everything about this villa, had a magical stay, and would love to return again. Thanks Anthony
Anthony's villa is fab. Clean, conveniently located and very well kitted out with everything you could need on vacation. Booking was straightforward. Villa was spotless and all equipment and furnishings were of a high standard. Pool area was excellent, lots of space and a great size pool. Villa was conveniently located just a couple of minutes from the I4 with a 7-eleven 2 minutes away. Beds were especially comfy!
Just returned to Scotland after staying at Anthony’s stunning villa. This is the second time this year we have had the good fortune to holiday there. The villa is spacious, immaculately clean and extremely safe. The pool is beautiful. My family and I have holidayed in Orlando for over thirty years and this is with out doubt the best accommodation we have rented. We have booked again for next year already!
We had a fantastic relaxing holiday in Anthony's home, it was extremely clean , all beds were very comfortable and the linen was of high quality , there is no expense spared in the decoration of this house and it shows. The Pool area is very large with lots of sun from 9am to 9pm and a lovely comfortable seating area to enjoy it . The children loved the size and depth of the pool which kept them busy , also the garage was converted to a games room which the kids thoroughly enjoyed also. The house is in a great location , we had tickets to Universal and the travel time by car was 30 minutes which was perfect and Disney is even closer i think 15 minutes . The booking of the house with Anthony was so easy , all questions regarding the house were answered very quickly and i would not hesitate to recommend Anthony and his beautiful home in Solterra Resort to all my family and friends.
Where do I begin! We are from Scotland and have holidayed in Florida twice a year for nearly thirty years. On seeing the advert for Anthony’s Solterra Resort Villa my wife and I booked two weeks in February with our best friends as it looked perfect. Thankfully Anthony made the booking and provision of information regarding his villa smooth, simple and easy. On arrival at the Villa we realised we had not made a mistake as it exceeded even the advert photos, it was immaculately clean, spacious, well equipped and had high end furnishings and top of the range TV’s in all the rooms including next to the pool. The kitchen appliances were all immaculate and prestige brands. The beds were massive and incredibly comfortable. The pool was the largest pool we have ever had in a villa and beautifully kept with the pool furniture being comfy, clean and of great quality. The local area around Champion’s Gate is safe and great for getting to the parks and shopping malls, but it was very reassuring that Anthony’s home has personal security cameras and a 24hr guard on the entrance gate. I could go on and on about how amazing Anthony’s Solterra home is, but there is not enough space to write about it, however we will be back as soon as we can. So finally I will finish by saying it is without doubt the best villa we have ever rented in Florida and that is from someone who own a villa there for nearly ten years. This was our 25th rental property in Orlando and was one of the best we’ve stayed at, my only frustration was no hot tub which I hadn’t noticed when booking, I was caught by the colourful outdoor furnishings. The property is very well laid out and decorated to a higher standard than usual Kissimmee properties. The resort facilities always get highlighted in adverts and I never experience them but the lazy river was too much of a draw having experienced this in Atlantis in past years, it did not disappoint a great way to relax on a sunny afternoon floating around. Another wow was virtually every morning between 6:30 and 7:30am there would be a floatilla of hot air balloons above the house, quite a spectacular sight. The kitchen facilities covered all our requirements, beds were excellent and clean bathrooms. The garage was fitted out with cooling fans and TV whilst playing pool or air hockey, our 13 year old daughter developed her game on both hustling every chance she got for another game! Sony Bravia smart TVs throughout so Netflix and Amazon TV accessed easily alongside good WiFi and cable tv. Pool heat has been the biggest issue I have experienced with every rental property I’ve stayed in over the many trips we’ve made, whilst this visit wasn’t pain free in this department, I found the owner excellent in resolving our challenges. I do dream though of one day visiting Florida and not having to contact the owner about the pool temperature. I’ll be back soon for more sun, fun and basketball, alongside the shopping and theme parks!
