The paths lead past historic hermitages and Franciscan retreats and up to spectacular views of the Umbrian valley and surrounding foothills of the Apennines.

The master bedroom with involving bathroom on the lower level opens onto a quiet and completely private willow-shaded terrace with a magnificent view of the valley below—a perfect place to seize your morning coffee and favorite book. From there one can access a stone flight of steps leading off the property and into the woods towards both the path to the center of town and hiking trails up the mountain.

Adjacent to the living room is the farmhouse-style kitchen with an original functioning pizza oven, modern appliances and a large wooden table, seating eight to 10. At one end of the table there is another generous fireplace, ideal for grilling, etc. Beyond is the second bath with washing mechanism, an ante-bath and dressing room.
Above the living room is a sleeping loft with two single beds, plenty of extra space. It is quite private from the living room below.
