Guest to take off shoes, do their own dishes, smoking allowed outside in smoking area. No children at waterfront or on docks without supervision and children must wear life jackets available upon request. no running on docks or waterfront patioes. No diving into lake.All guest must wear life jackets when using watercrafts. Swimming at your own risk, and beware of boaters. No swimming or boating after dark. City noise ordinance is 10 pm to 800 a m.
Please limit visitors to a couple of people and limit to a shorter visits not all day at lake as we have other guests and neighbors. Property is intended for guests to relax and use lake not have large groups of people or events. No parties or large groups or events without pre-approve and additional costs . Please read "house manual" and binder in unit in "additional notes" section for more details. Thank you for your cooperation to make this Airbnb a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Super location, clean and quiet everything you need is provided.
Magda was an amazing host and truly wanted us to have the best experience while we were there. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. She even had a little goodie basket for us on arrival. We spent as much time as we could on her floating dock just relaxing, reading and also took out her paddleboards. The lake is amazing and was the perfect temperature on the hot summer days we stayed there. In the evening she offered to get a fire going in the fire pit and even offered to make us Italian sodas. Magda and her home was a wonderful getaway. Thank you so much Magda for your hospitality. We will be back! Sandra
We loved the chance to enjoy the beautiful view from the dock every day. Mornings especially! We paddle boarded as well. THe location is super convenient for anyone wanting to be in the Lake Stevens area.
I loved sitting by the lake while looking at Mt. Baker in the distance and watching the bald eagles soar and fish in the lake. It felt like a little bit of paradise. The setting is beautiful, the apartment is cozy and well stocked and Magda is a lovely host. Her warm and welcoming nature helped make it a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Cozy, clean and quiet and thoughtfully decorated with plenty of supplies! We love that you can walk down to the private dock and enjoy the beautiful view of mountains and water. It's a very peaceful and private place. We'd stay again!

This Lake Stevens suite was perfect for our little girls’ birthday weekend! The one-room bungalow was cozy and the dock by the lake was a great perk. We appreciated the cleanliness, spices and tea in the kitchen, and the warm heater. There are skylights so if you need to sleep fully in the dark, probably bring an eye mask! Overall, it was a perfect spot for our weekend even though we spent most of our time out for the tulip festival. Thanks!

Great place. Stayed here for work so did not get a chance to spend time on the lake. The dock had a wonderful view of Lake Stevens with kayaks available to use. Will be planning a trip back in the summer to really enjoy the lake side amenities. Host is awesome, communicated often and was very helpful. Overall, this place is wonderful.
Beautiful hidden gem! So cozy and comfortable! Amazingly kind hosts! The floating dock was very peaceful, of course being off season it was very quiet....very much looking forward to come back this summer.
My husband and I stayed in Magda’s place for about a week. The apartment is located at the lake in a good neighborhood. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. Grocery store and restaurants are very close. We didn’t use any of the outdoor amenities as it’s off season. We had a very good stay here. Magda is a gracious and generous hostess, easy to communicate with and responds timely to inquiries. We have family in town and hope to be back soon.
