Alan and Tracy Hibberd: We live in San Antonio, Texas where the Texas Hill Country begins. We have a large family! 5 grown children, 3 of which are married, 8 beautiful grandchildren, 2 dogs, and Chickens. Tracy and Alan Hibberd purchased this Townhome in 2016
We enjoyed our stay at your townhome. It was the perfect size and we love the location. Decor was nice and updated too. Have stayed in Casinne before and really like it. It is peaceful with good amenities and we love the trail access too. Would stay with you again:)

Cassine Gardens is a great, quiet spot right across the street from the beach. We've stayed in other units before, but this one is the best. We'll be back!
In the photos online it says there are 2 swimming pools. But we could not find the second pool. The property was amazing, beautiful and tranquil.
We were so pleasantly surprised by how beautifully renovated this condo was! It was neat & clean and tastefully decorated! Pictures don’t even do it justice! The owner thought of everything from 2 types of coffe pots, to an immense amount of clean, crisp white linens, hampers for your cloths, to a luxe robe hanging in the closet! It was such an incredible experience to not have to worry about a thing! It was all there for us! We just had to show up and enjoy ALL that the Sea Grove/Seaside Beach areas have to offer! The owner was so available and even offered wonderful recommendations—you MUST try the shrimp & grits at The Great Southern Cafe—YUM!! We LOVED everything about this property and would gladly stay here again in the future! Thanks Tracy for providing our family with this joyous vacation at your property!!

The townhouse was well accommodated - the space was great for spending quality time with family. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and linens available, and the decor was welcoming and tasteful. The surrounding area is very unique - we have been coming to this area for 20 years and have always stayed on the beach. The grounds were absolutely beautiful - and the walk to the beach was simple - particularly given the beach cart is generously provided by the owners. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay in this modern, clean, tastefully decorated condo. It backs to a beautiful little lake and it's a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is well stocked with anything you need in the kitchen, as well as games, movies, linens, towels, beach accessories, and other little extras. We would stay here again without any hesitation!
The townhouse was wonderful! The rooms were nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed walking around the complex and the swimming pools. Beach access was perfect...just a short walk!! Lots of good food and shops nearby. Loved riding our bicycles. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. My family is already talking about coming back. The townhouse was well maintained and looked recently updated. There were plenty of linens and comfy furniture upstairs and downstairs. The beach was just a short walk from the beach, and the beach gear at the townhouse came in super handy; especially the push cart/wagon. Shops and restaurants were within walking or biking distance. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and our family would gladly return!
Tracy & Allan's home was so beautiful and was the very best part of our trip! Tucked in a quiet neighborhood it was a welcome respite after a day of fighting crowds at the beach and at restaurants & shops, but without being too far away. The neighborhood pools and tennis courts were great and the walk to the beach was super easy. The Hibberds graciously provided wagon, chairs, etc. The beds were comfy and there were lots of extra towels and linens and pillows. The tv's/dvd players worked great and we were able to use our own netflix, etc. Everything was so clean and perfectly set up for a comfortable and easy stay. Loved getting to wake up and sit on the balcony & patio with the sounds of fountains and birds instead of crowds of people---if you aren't beach front, this is the next best thing! Thank you Tracy & Allan for such a wonderful place to stay!
We enjoyed staying at your townhouse. It is very well maintained, and several restaurants and shops are in walking distance. The beach was close as well.
This was the easiest booking I have ever done. Tracy was so friendly and easy to work with from start to finish. The condo was beautifully decorated and was very clean. I highly recommend this condo and if my family goes down to this area again we will definitely rent again... I will not even browse other properties. I’ve even save her contact information. I loved the experience. It reminded me of a quaint town in a different time. I enjoyed the beautiful ocean and listening to the frogs sing in the piney forest setting every night. I look forward to visiting again. Great family getaway!
The owners were wonderful to work with, the location is relaxing and close to the beach. The neighborhood pools are spotless and the tennis courts are just steps away! Our boys loved the nature trail and bridge over the pond - there was so much to do! Highly, highly recommend this gem of a home!
