The villa has a pool deck with an outside dining area, the perfect place to relax at the end of a fun day in the parks. When it gets too hot outside, head indoors to the lounge, or make use of the pool table in the games room. The property is on Tuscan Hills, a gated community with a load of on-site facilities for guests to use during their stay. You can let the little ones run about in their own dedicated play area, before facing off against family and friends in the volleyball or tennis courts.
You can also maintain your fitness regime in the community's on-site gym. Tuscan Hills is along the US27 in Davenport, around 15-30 minutes from the major tourist attractions in Orlando, such as the Disney parks, SeaWorld and Universal Studios. A short drive from the US27 is the junction to the US192, a popular destination for those wanting to have time together away from the parks, or to splash some of their holiday cash in the many shops, bars and restaurants that line the street. Living Accommodation - The lounge is near the entrance to property with seating for six guests on a corner sofa, around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV as well as a set of patio doors leading out onto the pool deck. The kitchen, with white appliances and a breakfast bar for two, is to the rear of the property and adjoins the lounge. The dining area, for six people, is nearby and is located near a second set of patio doors out onto the pool deck. Bedrooms - The Master bedroom is to the right of the kitchen. This has a King-size bed, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, near the front of the property, has a Queen-size bed with Bedroom 3, next door, containing Twin beds. For the convenience of guests, all bedrooms have flatscreen TVs. Outdoor Living - The pool deck has an outside dining area for you to tuck into an alfresco meal at the end of your action-packed day in the parks. Entertainment - For those who enjoy a little competition, the villa has a games room housing a pool table. Tuscan Hills The gated community of Tuscan Hills is close to Disney World and other Orlando attractions and has a range of privately owned villas to rent from 3 to 5 bedrooms. Many of our recommended villas have their own games room as well as a south or west-facing private pool and spa. Community facilities for guests to use include a clubhouse with a well-equipped gym and a kid’s play area and volleyball court outside. A non refundable deposit of $150 per week / $20 per night is required to secure your dates. Balance payment and a damage deposit of $200 is payable 12 weeks before your departure date.
The damage deposit is returned 30 days post departure, providing there is no deliberate/unnecessary damage to the villa.
Special holidays, a minimum 10 nights stay applies.

Im yet to visit this villa and to be truly honest, i really can’t wait! Iv been frantically searching for somewhere to stay last minute due to being let down by another villa owner, then Sam contacted me after i put a search on a villa owner/renter fb site. Well i must say the service is fantastic, friendly, professional & so helpful! And as for the price, you can’t go wrong! Gorgeous villa in an ideal location for everything you need such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Bigger bonus is the villa is only 15-20 minutes away from Disney World. Gated community too for that added peace of mind!
So our time at Toni’s villa is coming to an end as we leave tomorrow to start the 2nd part of our vacation. We have enjoyed staying here, it instantly felt like home, cosy and quaint on a lovely gated community. Close to all the attractions, Disney, seaworld and universal and around the corner from the local supermarket Publix where they sell British treats (baked beans) amongst other home foods. And Apple bees my favourite restaurant and the reason I return to America time and time again. But I would definitely stay at Toni’s villa again over a hotel. The freedom to cook and relax is great! don’t hesitate to book your Disney holiday with Sam you won’t regret it, the villa is SPOTLESS and STUNNING a real family home. ???? ???????? ????

My husband (The guy who left the video review)& his colleague recently rented Toni’s Villa while on a work trip to Orlando/Davenport. Although he has stayed in other vacation homes on previous trips to Florida, this one has left a wonderful impression on him. He said that from the moment they walked into the house, they knew they would enjoy their time there. Everything was of the highest quality & the area was perfect. It’s in a lovely gated community & within easy access of all the main motorways. The house itself had 3 wonderful bedrooms, each had a tv, lots of storage space & were very generous in size. All the linen, towels & accessories needed were also plentiful. The house was immaculately clean & there was clearly no scrimping when it can to the furnishings. He actually said the sofa was the most comfortable one he’s ever sat on! The internet speed was exceptional (above 350 mbps) & there was so many television channels available, meaning he could watch the football as well. There was even a games room with a pool table in the house & tennis rackets which you could use to play on the community tennis courts. The outside area had a lovely pool, lounging area & space for outside dining as well. As is the norm with these type of property’s, there’s also a safety net/gate to stop young kids being able access the pool, meaning parents can rest a bit easier. All in all there’s so many positive things he said about the property, that I’m probably forgetting something! The booking process was really straight forward & Sam (owner) was so friendly & happy to answer any questions. If you’re thinking of renting a home in Orlando/Davenport, then Toni’s Villa should be your first choice.
Amazing villa photos don't do it justice. Great location and sunshine all day till about 5.30 in the pool area. We have visited Florida many times but this is one of the best Villas we have had. Sam is a thoughful and honest owner. We would definitely stay again.
We had the most fantastic ten days at Toni’s villa a real home from home. Sam was a fantastic host and made our first visit to Florida as a family a dream. Very clean and beautifully furnished with a stunning pool our boys loved thanks again to Sam again for the use of her lovely home would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Orlando area ????????
We stayed in this villa in June 2019 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a very comfortable villa, nice big sofa and all the beds were great. We are previous villa owners ourselves and we appreciated how well equipped and stocked this villa was. Many villas are poorly supplied with things such as towels, sheets and even cutlery, plates and glasses - but not here - everything you need is available. The community is very nice and very quiet. Highly recommended!
Stayed here for two weeks in July and was not disappointed. Lovely quiet gated community with easy access to all the theme parks, shops and restaurants. Clean, comfy and spacious villa with nice touches to make the holiday run smoothly. Added bonus of a lovely pool and sun loungers plus pool table in the garage. Would not hesitate to return.
Fantastic house in a great location. We didn’t want for anything, all towels , beech towels , lots of bedding provided. Would highly recommend.
Stayed here in Feb 2022 for 18 days. Obviously, we were very hesitant it being our 1st trip to the US post Covid19 not knowing what to expect but we needn’t have worried. Everyone had a great time. Tuscan Hills is a lovely quiet gated community with easy access to all the theme parks, shops and restaurants. The villa is clean, comfy and spacious but much more importantly Sam is a thoughtful and helpful owner which makes a huge difference. We were the first UK holiday guests to have used the villa for a long time due to Covid19 travel restrictions, and Sam was highly responsive and happy to quickly sort out initial minor hiccups. She has also appointed a new agent (Kevin) who provided a helpful local contact. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.
We have not long returned from a 3 week stay at Toni's Villa and could easily have stayed for good! We had waited almost 2 years for this holiday due to Covid and it was certainly worth the wait. The villa is like a home from home & was everything we could have wished for. Location wise it is excellent and within a secure gated community with easy access to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and the all important disney/universal parks. The villa was well stocked with all the household utensils you will need along with numerous towels etc. Great sized pool which gets the sun for the majority of the day and plenty of loungers to chill out on. And for those who like to relax & unwind, there is perhaps the most spacious and comfortable sofa I have ever sat on. Samantha was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the villa is a credit to her and her family. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone and we will most definitely be looking to book our next visit as soon as possible.
We are back from a 3 week stay at Toni's villas and am pleased to say it did not disappoint. Sam was very responsive to texts to answer any queries we had before and during the holiday. The Beach towels throws and pool heating were a welcome addition and choice of welcome packs was a great bonus to get the holiday off to a good start once home the damage deposit I was required to leave was paid back swiftly within 48 hours the pool area is well equipped and so is the kitchen we cannot recommend this villa enough and in our opinion it offers exceptional value for money and a fantastic base for your holiday the villa has a real home from home feel.
