Long term stays allowed *** IMPORTANT NOTE*** : As homeowners spent part of the year in the house and one of the family members has severe animal allergies, we understand the need of some service dogs or ESA but unfortunately we can not accept reservations from guests with any of those animals due to the presence of the animal in the property creates a health/safety hazard to this child.
As for parking space, only 2 mid sized cars are allowed in front of the driveway. No cars can be parked on the grass and street parking is not allowed.

Guests are not allowed to have extra visitors in the property at any time other than those people authorized in the reservation report.
Please be accurate when listing the people that are going to stay with you during the lenght of your stay, including the exact number of adults (16 years old and more) and children (less than 16 years old).
ANY EXCEEDING PERSONS OTHER THAN THAT AUTHORIZED IN THE RESERVATION, regardless of house maximum capacity, represents a rule violation and guests may be asked to leave the property with no refund.

Guests must observe trash collection days and place garbage bins outside in the driveway for collection in the proper days according to the rules and information documentation they will receive before check in. ANY GARBAGE LEFT INSIDE THE HOUSE (including food or drinking leftovers /crumbs or debris) after checking out or FAILING TO PLACE BINS OUT ACCORDING TO SCHEDULED COLLECTION DAYS will result in a fee of $ 100 charged from the guest's security deposit.
COVID -19 PROCEDURES DURING CHECK OUT - Please do not leave in the house any face and/or hands protection, like masks, shield, gloves or any paper tissue, paper towel or any cleaning surface material that have been used and may contain droplets that are generated when a person touches, coughs or sneezes.
We are deeply commited to cleaning and disinfecting our property according to CDC guidelines and we expect our guests to do the same by properly disposing those materials in tied plastic bags and placing them in the garbage bin outside for collection. Hygienic conditions are essential to protecting human health during all infectious disease outbreaks, including the COVID-19 outbreak. Ensuring good and consistently applied waste management practices in communities, homes, schools, marketplaces, and health care facilities will help prevent human-to-human transmission of the COVID-19 virus.
PLEASE HELP US PROTECT OUR STAFF / FUTURE GUESTS/ COMMUNITY AND PREVENT COVID-19 SPREAD. Failure to do so will result in an extra $200 fee charged from your security deposit.

Great location, close to the Disney parks. The pool area was a huge hit and the space was more than enough for our group of 10.

This property well suited for a family getaway in Kissimmee/Orlando. Although the COVID outbreak dampened our experience, the main attractions are within a 15-minute drive. The house is great for kids with lots of open space. The neighborhood is quiet with a scenic central lake. The host was easy to reach in the days prior to our arrival. The instructions were clear so we didn’t have any questions during our stay.
Our family enjoyed our weekend getaway. The pool and game room was a big hit with the kids. I love the decorating style, made the place feel homey. Lots of options for dining nearby. Our host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond back.
Our family had a great time here! The spaces were comfortable, the kids (and adults) loved the game room, the kitchen was well equipped and the pool was clean. All in all a lovely stay!
The house was beautiful we had a lot of fun in the pool the only negative is that they charge to used the bbq grill I wish they would just add this to the price and not try to charge extra to used the grill.

This home had everything you could think of and very stylish , it's near all the aminities & Disney and a short drive to International Drive for Universal
This home was absolutely amazing! The pictures actually did it no justice. My kids loved the themed bedrooms. They even had crayons and paper for them to draw on in the Mickey Mouse room. They literally thought of everything in this home from having small strollers to pack n’ plays for the babies. The garage will make you never want to leave but i live pool so I’m a little bias. Everything was so clean and nice. The small basket of snacks left on the kitchen was such an amazing touch. The only recommendation I have is a mattress pad for the upstairs master bath but it still slept pretty good.
Pictures are very accurate. Pool is a plus. Plenty of room for all 11 of us in the home. It was clean and the host will answer quickly. A fee bed were uncomfortable but the others were fine. It was an enjoyable stay over all and a good price.
This house was perfectly located for our Disney trip. We were close to the parks and also able to enjoy the pool on days we didn't go to the parks.
