A cleaning fee and an Accidental Damage Waiver policy fee providing up to $650 worth of cover for any accidental damage caused during your stay will be added to your total. The 12% Florida State and Tourist taxes will be included in your total quotation.
PLEASE NOTE: The Homeowners Association for the Providence community have made us aware of some policies that will be enforced. The first being, no vehicles can be left on the roads between the hours of 1 am and 6 am. They also cannot be parked on the sidewalk (pavement), grass or any empty lots. Our home has a double drive so can accommodate 2 vehicles, if you will have more than 2 cars then overnight parking can be done at the golf club. This is around 1.1 miles from the home and you will need to visit the golf club shop to purchase a reserved overnight parking voucher, which will cost $10 per evening, per vehicle. Secondly, the maximum number of guests from one home that can visit the communal pools at the same time is 6, however we can "gift" 2 homeowner passes to make a total of 8, so please bear this in mind if you are a large party.

We are Martin and Julie, and originally from the North East of England. We lived in Hampshire from 2000 to 2020 before returning back to the North East and moving to Northumberland following our retirements. We enjoy walking, cycling, and circuit training. Love music and attending concerts, and enjoy watching films, including of course Disney! Above all else, we love our family holidays.
This was the first time we rented a home and the experience was hassle-free and exciting. Didn't know what to expect but the house was clean, spacious, and inviting. We had everything we needed and more. The pool was our favorite highlight. The kids loved the rooms. We all had our own space. Definitely worth the money and trip. Disney was not in our trip and we had a blast having the cousins under one roof, cooking, grilling, and having fun. Thanks Martin for sharing your beautiful home with my family. We will definitely recommend your place to others as we will be back too

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the property, especially the beds/linens. The pool area was a wonderful place to relax and chat. The owner and property manager were very responsive to our needs and requests. We would definitely stay again!
Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Goofy's Golf Getaway. Providence is a new area to us, the house cul-de-sac location provided the privacy & southern exposure we look for. The larger pool area (with many deck chairs!) was a definite plus. Bedrooms were spacious & comfortable. Timely and helpful Owner & Property Manager communications. Thank you for the amazing stay!
We have been to Florida many times over the years, sometimes staying in a Virgin or Disney villa and sometimes a private one, but can honestly say this is the best Villa we have ever stayed in. The location is ideal, the layout excellent, with loads for older kids to do (pool, darts, air hockey and PlayStation). The pool was lovely with a great outlook. The decoration surpassed anything we have seen before. The contact with Martin from the initial enquiry to after we got back home has been superb, with lovely extra touches like a Christmas tree, and decorations, a bottle of wine on arrival, and an invitation to be able to stay a few extra hours on our return day, enabling us to go straight to the airport for our overnight flight home.
