No oversized vehicles like RVs or buses
No harmful substances in the pool, i.e. soap, shampoo, oils, glass or metal
Guests are not permitted to ship packages to the property. The Owner recommends use of commercial shipping / delivery options instead (e.g., Amazon lockers).
Guest are responsible for all shipping costs for any Lost and Found items. Any items left behind may be disposed of at the Owner’s discretion.

We have a professional property manager and the resort includes 24/7 security ready to respond should something need attention. Non-emergency Operating hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm. Our check-out procedures are SUPER SIMPLE - no hassles here. Just leave all linens and towels as they are in the respective rooms. No need to strip beds, clean dishes, or remove the trash. We will take care of all that. Recheck you have ALL personal items. We appreciate checking.
Great place! Well stocked and super close to stores/restaurants if you needed anything. Being 10-20 minutes away from any Disney park was great as well! You were close enough without being in the middle of the action. We also appreciated Allison’s outstanding help as we were caught in the Southwest cancellation debacle! We definitely recommend this property and host!
The property was great, conveniently located near attractions with all of the conveniences of home. The resort the property is located at has a number of great amenities for families or individuals to take advantage of if you choose to. Allison was a great host, quick to respond to inquiries and proactive in checking in to make sure the everything was meeting our needs. We would recommend this property to anyone looking nice place to stay and take in what the area has to offer.
Had a great time, property has everything you need for the every day, is also well maintenance and updated, the communication was accurate at all times, looking forward to comeback and stay at Allisons again!

We booked this rental for a trip to Disney. The house was very clean, very spacious and met the expectations of the promo photos. The kitchen was fully equipped, dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit and there were plenty of bath and pool towels, pillows, etc. The plunge pool was a very pleasant perk as well as the smart tech throughout the house (Alexa, Amazon Fire Stick, smart lock). The location of this house was also a huge plus, with a 15-20 minute drive to the Disney World Parks and about a 30 minute drive to Universal Studios. Allison was a great host. She responded to my questions very quickly, provided very thorough check-in/check-out information and checked in with us a couple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. This rental is very highly recommended — great house, great value, great location.
Fantastic place, close to Disney which is exactly what we wanted. Allison was very kind and responsive to all questions and concerns. Clean place and wonderful resort pool. Plunge pool was great after a day at the parks!

The house is wonderfully central to most sights. It's well decorated and the common areas are fantastic.
