Office hours: Monday – Sunday 9AM – 5PM (EST).
No smoking, no pets (some exceptions) and absolutely NO PARTIES.
*Some properties have a check-out time of 10:00 AM. This is specified on the property page, if applicable.
What’s Included:
Chalets and condos are supplied with towels, linens, soaps, basic spices, soap, etc.
Fully equipped with all kitchen and cleaning appliances.
We expect the homes to be well maintained/kept by the guests.
Extra housekeeping charges will apply if the rental unit is left in an excessively messy/dirty state.
Cleaning is provided at checkout.
Daily/weekly housekeeping is available during your stay at an additional fee.
Minimum Nights Stay (see below) :
A minimum two-night stay is required for all of our properties.
During peak seasons, a 3 to 5-night minimum stay is required.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Deposit or full payment and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 2 days of making the reservation.
50% deposit is requested within 48 hours of booking and the other 50% (OR full payment) is to be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
For properties with 3 bedrooms or less, a pre-authorization of $1000 will be taken on your credit card within 24 hours prior to your arrival as a security deposit.
For properties with 4 bedrooms and more, a pre-authorization of $3000 will be taken on your credit card within 24 hours prior to your arrival as a security deposit.
The pre-authorization will be released within 3-5 business days following your departure if the rental agreement has been respected.
Cancellation – Stay is refundable, minus a penalty. Please refer to the applicable to your reservation, seen in the rental policies
Cancellation Policy:
45 days prior to arrival: Deposit refundable; minus a 10% penalty.
44 to 31 days prior to arrival: Deposit non-refundable.
30 days and less prior to arrival: Fully non-refundable.
Holiday Cancelation Policy
(December 22nd until January 3rd)
60 days prior to arrival: Deposit refundable; minus a 10% penalty.
59 days and less prior to arrival: Fully non-refundable.
* The exclusions are the following: The Manor, Grand Forêt Villa, Havre des Légendes 117 & 111. A refund may be issued at 30 days prior to arrival cancellation policy.
** Please note Tremblant Living will offer a travel credit at any moment prior to the stay if travel to its destination is banned by government legislation.

The condo was very nice and had incredible views. It was a short walk to the restaurants and ski lifts. Would definitely recommend.
We had a wonderful week at Tremblant. The property was perfect for our group and they really have thought of everything to accommodate a family comfortably for the week. Between the ski locker, the direct elevator to your unit, the ample mud room, fireplace prepared with plenty of materials and a well equipped kitchen, there was nothing we didn’t have handy when needed. I would highly recommend!
Well maintained condo that is convenient to the pedestrian village as well as the lifts. Can also ski in and ski out. Listing pictures are accurate so rest easy that you will be staying in a beautiful condo! Kitchen is well stocked with supplies. Two families stayed here for our trip and had a great time!

This was a nice property and nicely equipped with kitchen supplies which made our family vacation very easy and an overall great time.
Pictures didn't do the main room justice. This unit is incredible with super high ceilings, comfortable couches and awesome views. We will definitely be back.

This was our 2nd stay at Altitude and both times we enjoyed our stay. This time we had our children and grand children and we needed a larger condo so 172-10 was perfect size for us. Breath taking views, comfort and cleanliness, proximity to the village are only a few of the pros that come to my mind right now. Nothing on the cons comes to my mind right now, maybe a handheld shower head at the bathroom makes it easier for families with kids to give the children a bath.
This place is large, bright and spacious…and exactly as advertised! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery. The couches and beds are very comfortable which all contributes to a very relaxing holiday.
We loved our stay for its amazing views, proximity to the village, panoramic gondola and hikes and the peace and quiet to be able to relax in the beautiful condo. We even managed to see a few deer on our walk from the village back to the condo. In a word: perfect.

Condo was perfect! Had everything we needed. Very clean, spacious and comfortable and we were a group of 10 (7 adults, 3 kids). View was amazing, just as pictured. Location couldn’t get any better, 3-5 minute walk to pedestrian village. Eve. saw a family of deer along the way a few times. Slightly disappointing BBQ wasn’t working but not a big deal. Would highly recommend this property for a family trip and we hope to return! Thank you :)
