Our three bedroom vacation rental villa is located in Orlando in the Hampton Lakes district only 15 minutes from Disney. The fully air-conditioned villa comprises two master en-suite bedrooms,two twin bedrooms, three bathrooms, dining area, kitchen, lounge area and a private south facing swimming pool with privacy fence and a fully equipped games room.
Orlando airport, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, and Islands of Adventure are all within a 30 minute drive away. There are 15 excellent golf courses within a 15 mile radius, the nearest being just 5 minutes away. The vast choice caters for all standards and pockets, and includes highly prestigious Southern Dunes Golf Club, which is ranked in the US Top 100.
There is a laundry room with an iron and ironing board and a large washing machine and tumble dryer. The laundry room leads to a double garage. Guests have use of a community swimming pool; flood-lit tennis courts, volleyball court, and a child's play area. There is a large Supermarket, Pizza & Chinese takeaway, Hairdresser, Nail Salon, Liquor Store and Book Store within three minutes from entrance of Hampton Lakes. And a large new Walmart store 5 minutes north on Highway 27.
