Villa Khaddiuggia

The property is located in Khaddiuggia, on the northwest side of the island, just 3 km from the main town of Pantelleria. From its breathtaking location you will be able to enjoy the dawn from Punta Spadillo and the sunset on Pantelleria main harbour. The main lodging has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms features a separate access from the outside. The living room and the dining room overlook a large patio, equipped with barbeque. The kitchen if fully operational and it’s equipped with dishwasher, oven and it is supplied by a full line of dishware, glassware, cutlery and table linens. In the basement there is a laundry room and an indoor parking space. The smaller house is located around 50 mts from the pool area. It has 3 separate bedrooms, each with its own entrance and 2 large bathrooms with showers. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with oven and refrigerator and it enjoys a breathtaking seaview. The house features a patio with cane roof and outdoor shower. The big pool, supplied with night enlightening, has a sunbathing area with plenty of deck chairs, featuring a dressing room with bathroom and shower. The lounge has sofas and armchairs and it is shaded by a canebrake.
