The Villa has 5 private bedrooms with 4 King, & 1 with 2 Full size beds. Bedrooms 1 - 4 each have a private Bath and Flat Screen TVs with cable. Living room includes flat screen TV with cable, DVD & VCR. Sound wired in Master, Sauna and outdoor areas. Full kitchen with all utensils; Ice Maker in refrigerator, Washer and Dryer, all linens provided. No Cleaning Fee. Free Wireless Internet.
Saturday to Saturday stays only. Check In 4:00 pm, Check Out 10:00 am. All rents paid are non-refundable whether or not the Villa is occupied.
Must submit copy of valid drivers license and current proof of insurance 30 days prior to start of rental in order to obtain use of Suburban.

Denver is 160 miles away, it takes 3 to 3 1/2 hours to drive to Steamboat Springs. The county airport Yampa Valley Regional is 22 miles away(commercial flights) and the Steamboat Springs Airport-Bob Adams Stolport (private planes only) is 3 miles away. The Villa at Steamboat is located on the ski-mountain two miles from the downtown area of Steamboat Springs. The Villa is not a ski-in/ski-out, but it has the best views in Steamboat and it is only a couple of minutes to the slope. With the parking pass and ski storage, it is just like ski-in/ski-out! The view from the Villa looks onto 15 runs and has a 30 mile view of the Steamboat Valley. The Villa is furnished with top of the line furniture, bedding, linens and décor. The sauna and the outdoor hot tub will relax you after a hard day on the slopes.
