As you walk into Luxury Estate you will be greeted by a beautiful foyer area and view to pool area. Feel like a chef in the large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Gather all the family members and enjoy a meal on the dining table to seat up to 20 guests and further seating at the kitchen bar for 7. Relax by the living room areas with breathtaking views of the pool area. The home has a custom pool, large spillover spa and unique waterfall feature in the pool. Take in the Florida sun with luxurious patio furniture, a huge summer kitchen, and access to a half bathroom. There is fun on the first floor with the large games room featuring a slate pool table, a wet bar, and SMART TV, multi arcade system, and a sit-down NASCAR arcade. This villa has a conference room that can seat up to 16 guests and can transform into a games room featuring a SMART TV and game consoles. As you make yourself to the second floor, you will find 8 master suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. There are 2 suites with 2 full beds with en-suites bathrooms. For the children in your group, there is Princess theme bedroom with custom built bunk beds that hold 6 twin beds. This is the case also for the fun Superhero theme bedroom. Each of the children bedrooms have large en-suite bathrooms.
