As you walk-in, you will be greeted by beautiful foyer area and the large living area with multiple seating. The gourmet kitchen has all you need to prepare a meal with stainless steel appliances, center island, granite counter tops, and more. Gather and enjoy your meals in the elegant and large dining table that can seat up to 20 guests and additional bar stools for 7 for a total of 27 seating capacity. Head toward the private theater room located on the ground floor and watch your favorite movie on the projection screen with surround sound and seating for 20.
The breathtaking themed bedrooms are inspired by the worlds’ oceans and seas. There are three master suites located on the ground floor with king size bed, golf course and pool views. Two of the master suites on the ground floor have direct pool access. Head towards the second floor in the beautiful spiral staircase, where you can find another six luxurious master suites with king beds.. The little ones will have a magical time in their custom-built bedroom, The Atlantic Adventure Suite. This bedroom features a full over full bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The last two themed bedrooms were designed to comfortably accommodate both kids and/or adults. The Mickey Suite features two queen beds and the Mermaid Suite features two full beds. All the bedrooms will have an en-suite bathroom and SMART TV. There are 10 bedrooms with golf course and pool views and either balcony or patio access for you and members of your group to indulge in relaxation.
Open the sliding doors toward the patio area where you can find the summer kitchen and plenty of seating throughout. Whether you are soaking up the Florida sun or just relaxing in the outdoor living area, you will be able to create endless memories. Around massive swimming pool with water fountain and spillover spa, you will have plenty of patio furniture to relax and unwind. Enjoy the patio area during the evenings as well with beautiful sunset views. There is a half bath on the ground floor.
Everyone will have plenty of fun in the second-floor elegant Atlantis Lounge. Boasting a pool table, 110-Inch, 4K TV video wall, stage and Karaoke machine, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Apple TV, wet bar and fridge and comfortable seating. This is a perfect location for you to make magical memories in style.
On the first floor, you will find a game room for kids of all ages. This room boasts with an air hockey table, Golden-Tee arcade, Multi-Arcade, Sega Rally 2 Twin Arcade, Let Go Jungle Deluxe sit-in arcade, and basketball hoop. There is also a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One gaming station with a 70-inch TV. For the gym enthusiasts, this villa offers two fitness room.
