Only a 5 minutes walk from the clubhouse along fairways frequented by the endangered and protected Hawaiian Nene and a 5 minutes drive to the entrance to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, local shops, restaurants and nearby attractions, guests will find it fun and easy to get around on foot, by bicycle or by car.
Volcano Cottage is a bit like an island at 4000 feet elevation. Rain provides the water; we filter it, use it carefully and return it to the land.
Electricity, however, along with cable TV, Hawaii Public Radio and Television, and high speed Road Runner Internet are wired in from the outside world.
