This fabulous home was the original developer home on the best lot with the best view of the exquisite lagoon pool. The house has every builders upgrade imaginable. The Moon Baby is right across the street from the entrance to the pool and you can watch all the activity from the second or third floor balcony.
Right in the Heart of Destin! Walk to fabulous Destin Commons where you can shop, eat, take in a movie, enjoy local artistry, entertainment, or sit and watch the kids play in the fountains. You may rather take a stroll on down to the beach or take the seasonal Trolley to take in the warm sun at the snow white Beach and Emerald Green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We are only two blocks from the beach. The Moon Baby is right in the middle of the action and the kids will enjoy riding scooters or bikes in the neighborhood (bring yours or rent from the concierge service).
Luxury at it's finest! ~ This 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 3 story home boasts high-end leather furnishings. Enjoy 7 TV’s, DVD players, free cable TV and WIFI. Complimentary videos games and a PlayStation 3 system await your kids. Bring your games and extra remotes if you want to play your own games and four person games.
Other magnificent features of this home include 2 wet bars, 2 living rooms, top of the line electronics, remote control fans, jetted tub, and more! Even the patio furniture is Lush comfortable! A second fridge has been added steps from the kitchen to meet your beverage needs. The wash dry set are Kenmore Elite stackables. (Pool not heated in winter)
Bedroom Set Up:
This home sleeps 14 in beds comfortably inside the 5 bedrooms and not on pullout couches or rollaways. Make sure you check on this when you book a vacation home. Sleep on a bed for your vacation, not a couch.
3 rollaway beds increase sleeping to 15. Rollaways designed for children under 100lbs.
Bedroom 1 - First Floor, King Bed, sleeps 2, Full Bath across the hallway, walk in closet with rollaway bed increases sleeping to 3.
Bedroom 2 - Second Floor Master Suite, King Bed, wet bar and walkout porch overlooking the lagoon pool. Master bath has full tile, walk in shower, corner Jacuzzi tub, split vanities. Walk in closet with rollaway bed increases sleeping to 3.
Bedroom 3 - Second Floor Queen bed family suite with Bunk beds, sleeps 4, full attached bathroom with full tile, walk in shower, split vanities. Perfect for young kids who want to be close to parents. Sleeps 4.
Bedroom 4 - Third Floor Master Suite, King Bed, full attached bathroom with tile, walk in shower, split vanities. Walk in closet with rollaway bed increases sleep to 3.
Bedroom 5 - Third Floor Bunk Room, sleeps 4. Twin over full bunk bed with pull out trundle bed.

3 Refrigerators: There are 2 full size and one smaller mini fridge for your food and drinks. This is a great, unique feature and once you experience the extra space and convenience this provides for the amount of food and drinks you need for multiple families, you will love this!
Parking: There are parking for 2 cars on the driveway and you can park the third car blocking the 2. Then there is an overflow lot one street away and first come first served parking around the pool area.
The trolley runs the second week of March to the second week of April. The pool heating schedule will be the same. It shuts down and re-opens Memorial weekend and runs thru Labor Day weekend.
