We really enjoyed our stay at this condo ! Beach was beautiful, condo is clean and we loved the tennis courts on top of the parking garage! Would definitely stay here again
Very nice condo, highly recommended for your stay, clean, near beaches, with a short walk. The maintenance staff worked hard everyday to prepare the pool and the building was always clean. What we found was the Destin area is quite spread out, you have to drive to get to most anything, it has no uniqueness like the Keys or Indian Rocks beach. There are a few close places you could walk to a pancake place in a strip mall next door, and a Mexican place around the corner. Highway (98) is always busy. You have to figure out which places are the chain touristy traps and the original places to go. We did enjoy the Oyster Boat house, a great dive bar, with decent food, and we loved Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House, a must try for their snapper dishes, again you need to drive to get to them. I really enjoyed Indian Bayou Golf Course, it was near and I saved by using Golf Now hot deals. We're older (60's) so you have to include that in our assessment of the area, and driving more after spending 10-12 hours to get there in a car takes a toll on you, we really missed the ability to walk or take the trolley like we do in Indian Rocks Beach.
Our family of five drove down to Destin for a fun weekend together. We couldn't have been anymore impressed with the condo. Second floor/so it was safe for our kids to go on the Patio. Everything breakable was easily moved into bedroom closet (to hide from our toddler). The place was IMMACULATE. We had no worries about our toddler being all over the floors. The view was beautiful. We were able to go swimming in the indoor/outdoor pool. (Was in the building next door) We cooked while we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to talk to and answered our questions very quickly.

We really enjoyed our fall break in this condo. The owner was great to work with. The rooms are great size and nicely decorated. We will definitely remember this if we return to Destin.
