The house is nearly new - Built 'Green' in 2007 - located 600' from the street, in a safe area, surrounded with over 300 acres of Woods. Every season has its own beauty - Spring flowers, Summer - more flowers, and sleeping with the windows open, Colorful Fall foliage, Winter snow and 30 mile views of the countryside and small towns.

The rooms are spacious - over 4000 sq. ft. total, plus the wonderful, LARGE screened porch and deck.

Jump in the pool when the weather turns hot, and toast marshmallows on the campfire in the evening.

You'll love our new 20' gazebo, picnic area, and level yard for a large tent is the perfect place for a wedding & reception, reunion, Shower, or party of almost any type.

Notes: We are 600' off a quiet street - surrounded by over 300 acres of woodland.

Policies

This property is available as a "house" rental mid May thru end of Dec. Operated as Tree Top B&B year round.

3 night minimum for holidays.

We have a lovely, large gazebo and space for a large tent - suitable for weddings, and all outdoor celebrations.

This is a beautiful, safe area - convenient to towns and highways, secluded and peaceful. You can make noise outside without bothering anyone.
