we celebrated New Year in this house. the house is very clean and has a lovely open floor plan. the owner is very pleasant, answers all the questions in a timely manner. we enjoyed our stay in this house and we are planning to come back soon.
Our family of 4 have enjoyed a perfect end of summer vacation at this beautiful home. The house sits on a hill surrounded by trees. The location is convenient to the resort amenities: pool, lake, tennis court, equestrian center, activity center and club house. It is also an oasis of serenity. We enjoyed sipping morning coffee on the spacious balcony, listening to chirping birds and feeling the morning breeze. The house is clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with essentials and personal touch that made our stay comfortable. Dave and Susan are friendly and approachable. The welcome present was a nice little surprise when we arrived. We will definitely love to stay here again for our next family trip to Eagle Rock.
My Wife and I rented this home for a weekend away and it was beautiful! We were more than happy with the home! Went to lunch at the restaurant on the property and the food was excellent! Saturday we used the complementary ski passes and skied for a few hours. Really had a nice time and will def return again!

A beautiful home in a beautiful Eagle Rock resort. Would definitely stay here again!!!
The house is newly build and has an attractive design, including a mudroom, which was nice. Plus a master bedroom with huge closet and large full bathroom also good. Rooms were good sizes, with closet space and tall ceilings. Although we had some apprehensions about the caretaker on the first floor, it was a none issue while we were there. The homeowner, Dave, was pleasant to work with and there were no surprises with the rental. The one issue was with the tankless hot water; we struggled to get consistent hot water. We did consult with Dave and the hot water situation improved, but we were never able to fill the tub. Also the weather included freezing rain, which made the very steep driveway a great challenge. The views from the house were beautiful and the part of Eagle Rock that the house is located is not very populated, which was nice - yet only a few minute drive to the community's amenities.
