All furnishings are upscale - many custom made for this home.
Powder room, sunroom and sofa sleeper & convertible sofa bed are located on ground floor.
King bed in downstairs master, jetted tub in the adjoining, slightly elevated bath - as well as a separate, oversized shower.
Full accomodations in three bedrooms include two kings and one set of twin beds in a mini-suite. All are equipped with top of the line mattresses/linens. TVs included.
HBO. WiFi. Well-behaved, flea-free DOGS with responsible parents are welcome...even the big guys.

PETS - DOGS welcome with prior approval. Maxiumu 2 pets allowed with proof of all vaccinations. Leash to be used off property and, please, clean up after pets regardless of location.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to the arrival date. 50% of refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 30 days of arrival date. |

Europa is a great place to hang your hat while visiting the beach. Very comfortable and really enjoyed the pool. It's also a plus we are able to have our pups with us on vacation.
