Bedroom #1: Wrought iron King bed with memory foam mattress, Pottery Barn bedding and flat screen tv/blueray dvd player. SLEEPS 2
Bedroom #2: White wood full on full bunk with twin trundle, memory foam mattresses with upper bunk and trundle and pillowtop Serta mattress lower bunk, Pottery Barn bedding and flat screen tv/blueray dvd player. SLEEPS 4-5
Detached full bath between Bedrooms #1/2: full bath/shower/ sink, brand new granite counter tops, mirror, sink/faucet, light fixture and refinished cabinets.
Living room: Open floor concept connecting living room, dining room and kitchen. Living room has brand new queen sleeper sofa/love seat/accent chair, newly finished gas fireplace, flat screen tv, blue ray dvd player, lots of windows and door to lanai/pool. SLEEPS 2

Screened in lanai/ backyard: Optionally heated pool, approximate pool size is 15 x 10 and about 3.5 feet deep, brand new flat screen tv, brand new Weber propane grill, brand new patio table and 6 chairs, outdoor bar with sink and new minifridge , 3 ceiling fans and outside shower. You can add the optioanl pool heating to your booking if you desire.
Garage: Street legal golf cart included with this home.
