Destin Florida is an excellent beach vacation for your family and friends. Our privately owned vacation home is in the gated community of The Villages of Crystal Beach. The resort boasts a 30,000 sq/ft pool with sparkling clean water, zero entry, 3 water falls, hot tub, grilling area, tiki bar, and ample pool side furniture. Great for family reunions and group gatherings. The resort is 3 blocks from the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. An easy walk from the rear entrance of the resort, or you can utilize the free trolley transportation during peak seasons.
BeachRx is conveniently located across from Destin Commons Shopping Mall featuring retail shops, restaurants, a fish-themed bowling alley and the AMC digital movie theater. Restaurants include La Famiglia Italian, El Jalisco's, World of Beer, Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl, Red Ginger Sushi & Hibachi, Chipotle, Johnny Rockets, Red Brick Pizza, Zoe's Kitchen, and Kilwin's Ice Cream.
Other Restaurants in walking distance are the Destin Ale House, Olive Garden, Sub-Way, Cracker Barrel, OutBack Steak House, Marble Slab, and O'quigley's Seafood Steamer & Oyster Sports Bar. You're just minutes from The Village at Baytowne Wharf where there is entertainment for all ages and also the Destin Harbor, where you can enjoy some of the best deep sea fishing in the world, take in a dolphin cruise, or enjoy powered water sports. End your day by soaking up the Harbor nightlife or take in a sunset cruise.
BeachRx is a beautifully appointed 3 story, 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 3000 square foot home. With 7 flat screen TVs, cable service, and wireless internet, everyone's needs will be met. Travertine stone flooring is in the living room, kitchen, kitchenettes and all baths. Balconies on the second and third floors will allow you to enjoy the evening ocean breezes. A gas grill is located on the front patio. A large beach wagon is provided for transporting kids, ice chests and beach gear.
The ground floor boasts 10 foot ceilings and 8 foot doorways. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite counter tops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a pantry, and adjacent dinning space. Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All the comforts of being in your very own home while on vacation!Bedroom #1 with a KING bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and adjacent full bath.
The secondfloor houses two suites.
Bedroom #2 - The master bedroom is very large and includes a KING size bed, private kitchette/wetbar, flat screen TV, and balcony access. The master bath has a corner Jaccuzi tub, split vanity sinks, walk-in tiled shower, and walk-in closet.
Bedroom #3 - The second suite has a QUEEN bed, flat screen TV, private full bath, and walk-in closet.
The third floor has an additional living room with kitchenette/wet bar, flat screen TV,sleeper sofa, adjacent bathroom and balcony access.
Bedroom #4 - The 4th bedroom has 2 QUEEN beds, large walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and attached full bath.
Bedroom #5 - The 5th bedroom has a FULL/TWIN BUNKBED, closet, and flat screen TV.
There is a pullout QUEEN SOFA BED on the first floor. Additional Sleeper sofa on 3rd floor.
So the total sleeping spaces is 15.

The trolley runs the second week of March to the second week of April. The pool heating schedule will be the same. It shuts down and re-opens Memorial weekend and runs thru Labor Day weekend.
