The Lake house is a beautiful 3 story 3500 square foot home. This amazing property is situated overlooking a lake with a huge deck. This wonderful property also has a covered hot tub, private beach, and outdoor shower. The house boasts 6 private bedrooms with an additional sleeping loft. We have central air conditioning and a stunning Great room with soaring 20 foot ceilings. In addition, the property has numerous windows with beautiful lake views. A large rec room with a flat screen television, Brunswick pool table and great wet bar make this room a perfect fit for adults and kids! The house has 3 ? bathrooms (one on each level) along with a stackable washer and dryer unit.
There are stairs that go down to the lake access and a small sandy private beach for sunbathing. The lake is good for swimming although from our backyard it can be a bit tricky as the lake access can be a bit rocky. The use of a paddle boat and canoe comes with the rental and this is a great lake for fishing (PA fishing license required).
Near-by attractions include Camelback Ski Mountain & Camelbeach Water Park, which is less than 8 miles away. Jack Frost / Big Boulder Ski mountains and the Lake Harmony area is a quick 15 minute drive. For the gambler in you, a quick 5 minute drive will land you at The Mount Airy Lodge, with tons of slots, gaming tables and a full service spa. If you prefer to spend the day shopping The Poconos Crossing Outlet Mall is 10 minutes away. In addition we are close to horseback riding, golf, Go-karts, paintball, whitewater rafting, and of course NASCAR!
The house is located in Emerald Lakes Community which boasts a community center with an indoor pool, lake beaches, playgrounds, tennis courts and an outdoor pool. There are fees to access the community amenities ($5 per day or $15 for the week - kids under 4 are free). These fees are subject to change.
YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS. Mattress pads, pillows and blankets are provided.
